Lin-Kun Wu (S'81-M'81-S'81-M-'85) received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Kansas in 1985. From November 1985 to December 1987, he was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Center for Research, Inc. of the University of Kansas working on microwave remote sensing and computational electromagnetics. In 1988, he joined the Department of Communication Engineering, National Chiao Tung University, where he's currently a Professor. His current research interests include computational electromagnetics and biological effects and medical applications of electromagnetic energy.
