  • 個人簡歷
    唐震寰是國立陽明交通大學電機工程學系/電信工程研究所教授兼副校長,2017年至2023年擔任本校最大學院電機學院院長。唐震寰教授的研究興趣包括Antennas、RFIC Design and Radio Channel Modeling and Measurement。他發表了超過200篇相關的期刊論文和會議論文。他曾擔任行政院新聞局有線電視牌執照審查委員、交通部電信總局頻率管理諮詢委員、國家通訊傳播委員會無線寬頻接取業務(WiMax)審查作業小組成員,積極協助政府頻譜規劃與推動國內無線電通產業。2007年至2015年借調到工研院,分別於2007年至2011年擔任工研院辨識安全科技中心主任,並於2011年合併兩中心,成立工研院服務系統科技中心,擔任服務系統科技中心主任期間 (2011-2016年),主持行政院重點大型計劃經濟部智慧生活科技運用計畫(i236計畫),領導工研院與資策會同仁與地方政府及合作企業,發展遠距醫療、穿戴式裝置、擴增實境(AR)等智慧生活服務的各項應用解決方案,與涵蓋食、醫、住、育及樂多項智慧生活服務,每年均有超過100位工程師參與計畫。同時亦致力推動物聯網、資通訊系統與軟體領域的技術商用化與產業化,推動成立四家新創公司或新創事業。2018至2023年他擔任教育部及國科會計畫毫米波智慧雷達系統與技術研究中心主任與總計畫主持人,同時擔任分項一毫米波大型主動式相位天線陣列子計畫主持人,完成77GHz毫米波雷達關鍵晶片與大型Ka-Band 8x16垂直整合貼片式天線陣列開發,並以「毫米波大型垂直貼片式相控天線陣列與寬頻RFIC」獲得2021年科技部未來科技獎。

    主題一: 

    毫米波垂直貼片式大型相控天線陣列及Antenna in Package (AiP) 創新關鍵技術

    本研究解決(1)高密度零組件(天線、RFIC及饋入網路)與訊號線之縮裝、(2)薄型化天線、(3)低損耗、及(4)寬頻之天線/陣列與晶片等技術挑戰,並已成功研發小尺寸與低損耗之寬頻Ka-band垂直貼片式相控天線陣列與Full Ka-band RFIC,基於天線與晶片系統級封裝之整合技術,完成8x8陣列天線的電路布局、實現與驗證,該相關研究成果並已獲得科技部2021未來科技獎。除此之外,本研究並完成Ka band垂直貼片式相控天線陣列Tx與Rx之整合,成功驗證Tx至Rx信號場強之偵測,發射端為8x16垂直貼片式相控天線陣列,而接收端為8x8垂直貼片式相控天線陣列,圖二為Tx至Rx相距7.4m信號場強之偵測情境皆進行波束切換之實例,圖三(a)與(b)為Tx至Rx間隔2m進行測量之實例,該量測成果如圖(c)與鏈路估算結果吻合。

    毫米波天線創新關鍵技術

    本研究解決傳統磁電偶極雙模態天線需介質層厚度過厚的問題,其創新特點為藉蜿蜒式via hole方法達成薄型化設計,且利用short pin在高頻處產生額外模態TM10模態以補償因薄型化所造成窄頻效應,使天線可涵蓋全Ka-頻段。該1X4陣列天線涵蓋頻寬為26-42 GHz,並與相關全球較過去研究成果具厚度(0.06 λ0  vs 0.1 λ0)、頻寬與3dB 增益頻寬領先優勢,相關成果可參見:

    此天線為首創多層PCB之3D雙曲線空腔貼片天線,其創新點為(1)以3D雙曲線空腔之設計,不增加天線尺寸,仍能增加70%之頻寬,解決傳統空腔天線頻寬過窄問題;(2)借重我國PCB大廠具3D雙曲線空腔之特有製程,增加天線設計自由度,並打破以往PCB金屬面彎曲或凹陷被視為製作不良的迷思。創新多層板3D雙曲面空腔結構增加垂直貼片天線之頻寬,本技術解決傳統空腔天線頻寬涵蓋過窄問題,可有效增加70%之頻寬,該成果較過去研究成果在頻寬(22% vs 13 %)具領先優勢,相關成果可參見:
