    高榮鴻(IEEE 高級會員)1994 年獲國立臺灣大學電機工程學士學位,1997 年獲美國加州大學洛杉磯分校電機工程碩士學位,2001 年獲美國紐約伊薩卡康奈爾大學電機與計算機工程博士學位。他曾任臺灣新竹國立交通大學通訊工程研究所教授。現任新竹陽明交通大學通訊工程研究所教授。他目前的研究興趣包括 NOMA 無線網絡的最佳資源分配、無線通信和移動計算的機器學習和優化、無人機通信網絡、物聯網和軟件定義網絡。
