    林源倍(IEEE 高級會員)在1970年出生於台灣臺北。她於1992年在國立陽明交通大學獲得了電控工程學系的學士學位。她也分別於1992年和1997年在美国加利福尼亚州帕萨迪纳的加州理工学院獲得了電機工程學系的碩士學位和博士學位。她於1997年加入了國立交通大學的電控工程研究所,目前擔任該校的合聘特聘教授。她的研究興趣包括了無綫通訊和數位通訊的信號處理。
