  • 個人簡歷
    蔡作敏(IEEE 高級會員)在1979年出生於台灣苗栗。他分別於2001年和2006年在國立台灣大學獲得了電信工程學系的學士學位和碩士學位。從2006年至2011年,他在國立台灣大學電信工程學研究所擔任博士後研究員。在2019年的2月,他加入了國立陽明交通大學電機工程學系的電信工程學研究所,於該校擔任副教授。他的研究興趣包括了微波集成電路和微波系統的設計。

    本實驗室「電磁系統實驗室」研發電磁相關重要技術。因應近年來毫米波在通訊、雷達方面的快速發展。本實驗室主要就相位陣列系統架構進行創新、並開發自主關鍵射頻積體電路(Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit RFIC) 零組件。

    毫米波相位陣列天線目前已廣泛應用於第五代行動通訊或衛星通訊系統中。所以開發適用於大型毫米波陣列天線的關鍵晶片成為重要的研究議題。本實驗室研究電路種類涵蓋功率放大器、低雜訊放大器、混頻器、相移器。製程主要為 CMOS、或GaN 製程。圖一為可切換式低雜訊放大器。本低雜訊放大器利用切換式感應電感的技術。將輸入匹配在最小損耗下進行切換。圖可見本切換電路可以在28/39 GHz 都有良好的增益。圖二則為低誤差相移器。本相移器利用低通/高通的架構,將切換式相移器的振幅誤差控制在0.2 dB 以內,且俱有良好的操作頻寬。其他相關發表如下。

    • 相位陣列系統架構研究

    在相位陣列的架構上,亦有許多可以創新的空間。本研究是由相量合成相移器為發想。將相量合成相移器所需要的90度耦合器進行增廣。經理論分析,此種增廣的耦合器電路再搭配振幅調整電路,即可擁有相位陣列天線的功能。而且亦可進行波束寬的調整,以及合成其他形態的波束。更重要的是。本架構可以大幅減少主動元件的使用、並且有較高的增益、而且有高的波束角度的精確度。相關發表文獻如下。
